I have just completed the first installment of the Telephone Smarts. I must say it was interesting, informative and fun. This is an excellent program. I am going to assign my new staff, Jaimie, to a section per day. I am also going to assign it to myself, one section nightly.
I am very impressed by the presentation. It seems to be a good anchor for me. I thought that I knew a lot about customer service, and I do. It is just that we fall into ruts and traps. I can see that now. Even though I had no problem with the quiz the video showed me myself in a few areas where I should know better.
Tomorrow will be a better day for me because of the 30 quiet minutes I just spent. I feel stupid for not trying it sooner. It is just that, as you know, it was just one more thing to do and I couldn’t “add on” anymore. It was worth it, tell that to people who are in my boat.
